This is the first time in history that a Chanukah Menorah was publicly displayed in Tokyo Japan. The Menorah was placed by, Shluchim of the Rebbe MH”M Shlita, Rabbi Binyomin Edery and Rabbi Yosef Kleiman, next to the one and only Kosher restaurant in Japan.
