Chabad of Asia Annual Conference for support of Japanese people

Right after Shabbat Chabad of Japan organized a Banquet in Hotel Shinjuku Hilton in honor of the Rabbis who came from all over Asia who came to support the people of Japan. The Rabbis led a special prayer with all the participants. The head Rabbi of India, Rabbi Bezalel Kupchick gave the keynote address and blessed the Japanese nation that they will recover and prosper even more than before. Rabbi Zohar David, Chabad emissary to Chabad of Rishikesh spoke and sang a beautiful song describing the future redemption, that he composed. Mr. David Cohen representative of the Jewish community spoke and thanked Rabbi Edery for his blessed work. A video was shown of the outreach work organized by these Rabbis in each respective Chabad House. It was very moving to see the kindness and unconditional love each of them show every person who comes. Mr. Muto showed pictures and video of the Rabbis helping in the shelters of Fukshima, and of the relief efforts of Chabad of Japan. It was a very  moving and uplifting event. The participants promised to continue to support this important work.

We would like to give special thank to Andrew Sheer for his help with the relief efforts.
